1. Undergone 1 month of intensive Rural Agriculture Work Experience Programme (RAWEP) in Belagavadi,Akkur gram panchayat,Ramnagar taluk, Bangalore rural district, Karnataka state.The learning process involved interacting with the farmers, studying the rural scenario, Cropping pattern,socio-economics of the society, culture and the latest technologies implemented and constraints in the adoption of latest technology.
2. Worked in Janodaya trust, an NGO, as project coordinator under the project title "National programme for promotion of organic Agriculture and Local marketing system". The work profile includes formation and training of group of farmers about organic agriculture, field visits and marketing support. maintainance of records, reports and data and communicating with head office. coordinating day to day activties of staff working under the project.
